Refund policy
If Stryvo Pro is not right for you, ask within 7 days of buying and you get your money back.
How to ask
Email support@stryvo.tech from the address you paid with, and include your payment id (starts with pay_ for Razorpay) or your Lemon Squeezy order number. No reason needed.
What happens
- The refund goes back to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers can take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- The licence key stops working after a refund.
- Yearly plans bought through Lemon Squeezy renew automatically and can be cancelled any time from the Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current year stays active.
- Razorpay yearly passes are a single 12-month payment and do not renew.

Write to us anyway if something is broken and we cannot fix it. We will make it right where we can.
