Privacy policy for all Stryvo extensions

Last updated 20 October 2026

Stryvo extensions run in your browser. They have no accounts and no servers of ours.

The short version. What an extension reads or stores stays on your device. The only thing sent anywhere is optional, anonymous feature counts to PostHog, which you can switch off in each extension's settings. Nothing is sold.

Who we are

Stryvo (stryvo.tech) makes the browser extensions listed on the policies page. Contact: support@stryvo.tech.

What stays on your device

Settings, lists and summaries each extension needs to work, for example your orders in Spent or your daily summaries in Recap. They are saved in Chrome's extension storage. Settings may also sync between your own devices through Chrome sync, which Google runs. Uninstalling removes the local data.

What is sent

If sharing is on, an extension sends anonymous usage events to PostHog: an event name, the extension name and version, your browser language, days since install and a random identifier created on your device. The table lists what each extension adds. Your IP address reaches PostHog as part of the request, and PostHog uses it to estimate your country and city. None of them send page content, URLs, search terms, order details or anything that identifies you.

ExtensionEvents cover
Pacetoggles, speed and silence-skipping feature use, and rough milestones such as hours saved
Quietmode and toggle choices, budget and snooze use, and screens shown
Quiet for Googlemode and toggle choices and how often the reveal and share buttons are used
Quiet for LinkedInmode and toggle choices and budget use
Quiet for Xmode and toggle choices and budget use
Quiet for Instagrammode and toggle choices and budget use
Quiet for Redditmode and toggle choices and budget use
Recapfeature use such as opening the story, switching periods, exporting or deleting data
Verdictgrades and feature counts, never product names or links
Spentconnect, sync and story use, and rough counts such as how many orders were found, never amounts or items
Freshfilter and setting changes and page counts, never job titles, companies or searches
Returnablefeature use such as reminders sent and windows found (as a count), never items or order ids
Cutofffeature use such as trials saved or kept, never service names or amounts

Uninstall page

On uninstall, Chrome opens a short optional survey on bye.stryvo.tech. Its address carries the extension name, version and the random identifier.

Third parties

PostHog processes the anonymous events for us. The websites an extension works on only see the requests your browser normally makes. We do not sell or rent data, use it for advertising, creditworthiness or lending, or share it except as stated here or when the law requires. Use stays limited to each extension's single purpose, in line with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.

Your choices

Children

The extensions are not directed at children under 13.
